MidWest Diversified is a family-owned parent company for its two wholly-owned subsidiaries – Kelly Bros. Lumber + Design Co. and Beamer-Wilcox Trucking. Our current operations serve the Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia markets.

Our companies have been serving their markets and customers for over 75 years. Each of our companies have been family-owned and remain that way today.

Our leadership and management teams have many years of specific experience and assist our business unit managers with day–to–day operations as well as long-range planning.
